NORMAL RETURNS

The CDE Shop delivers within South Africa, either door-to-door or door-to-counter, depending on where you’re located. Delivery is free for all orders exceeding R1000.

During the checkout process, The CDE Shop will determine your delivery options based on your delivery address and postal code. For South African orders The CDE Shop will deliver your order within 5-7 working days from the day the order was received. Orders placed between 14:00 on a Friday and 08:00 on a Monday will be processed on the Monday.

Please provide your physical address for delivery. The CDE Shop cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, farms or rural areas. It is mandatory to leave a telephone or mobile number for the courier company to contact you during delivery hours.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number for your order to be tracked online. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, please inspect the product for any faults, defects or damage. Should you wish to have overnight delivery, please email theshop@thecde.co.za with your order as well as your delivery address and a quote will be sent through including the overnight delivery cost. Payment needs to be made by 12pm for overnight deliveries. Please note that our courier does not move parcels over the weekend.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When returning a defective product, please email a photograph of the defective item as well as your proof of purchase to theshop@thecde.co.za. You will be advised whether the product can be repaired or whether it will need to be replaced. You also have the option of a refund/credit. The CDE Shop will be liable for the delivery charges if the product has been found to be defective.
